All Purchases are Final. We do not offer returns or refunds. 

Exchanging a Wrong Item/Incorrect Order
You may request an exchange if you receive the wrong item/incorrect order. Requests for exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving the shipment and include photos of the incorrect products. Please direct requests to birdy.everhart@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on tattoo deposits. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and expire within 1 year of purchase.

USA Domestic Shipping Only. We cannot ship outside of the USA at this time. We express our sincere regret that international shipping is not viable at this time.

Address Changes
Address changes are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. We are not able to replace packages delivered to an outdated or incorrect address if an updated address was not provided within 24 hours. Email birdy.everhart@gmail.com for assistance.
